Choose the proper packaging for the product you want to send.

Use materials to avoid movements (clothes, paper, bubble wrap, cardboard, etc.) in the interior of the packaging and to avoid mistreating the product.

Seal the package with packaging tape or use plastic strap which is more resistant.

If you want your package to be held in the same position, please use positioning arrows.

If you want to send a present, you should strengthen the package provided at the store, because these types of packages are not resistant.

It is important to state on the package the complete sender's and addressee’s information; independently from the service you are going to use (you may ask for a label at our counter).

Fragile labels only indicate to handle the package carefully, but they do not substitute the proper packaging to protect your shipment.

If you plan to reuse your packaging, you must remove all labels to avoid confusion.

If your shipment contains liquids, you should use a leak-proof packaging, use absorbent material and place the whole package within a sealed plastic bag.

For powders and grains, you should use high-gauge bags, jute sacks, canvas or plastic sacks, which must be sealed and, if possible, within a reinforced box.

If your shipment is to be sent abroad and needs pallets, wooden packaging and/or brackets, be sure it fulfills the Mexican Official Standard NOM-144 that refers to Certified Wood.

Cardboard boxes used for eggs transportation, either new or second-hand, should not be used as packaging and/or containers, since they do not comply with the Mexican Official Standards protecting the spreading of influenza, New Castle disease and Salmonelosis Aviar.

If your shipment weights 80 kg or more, it is essential it is presented on a pallet, except those items having a flat contact surface and handles or holes to be manipulated.

Loads with sharp points should be covered with cardboard or any other resistant material.
