GENERAL CARGO
General Cargo shipments represent a variety of goods, which must comply with the characteristics that do not represent a risk to the health, safety, environment, property, and are not perishable nor live animals.
Documents required:
- Invoice and/or packing list.
Packaging and labeling:
The following packaging is recommended depending on the type of shipment :
CLOTHES
- Cardboard box, sealed.
- Thick plastic bags, sealed and with strips (not exceeding 15.0 kg per item).
- Jute or canvas sack, sealed with strips.
- Suitcases, wrapped and with strips.
STATIONARY
- Cardboard box, sealed with strips.
LEATHER ITEMS
(We recommend that you verify the destinations that allow importing these items)
- Jute or canvas sack, duly sealed with strips
- Cardboard box, sealed with strips.
COMPUTING, ELECTRONIC, MEASURING, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.
- Original packaging and/or boxes, cardboard or wooden boxes.
- Wrapping.
GLASSWARE, CHINA, LAMPS, BULBS, TILES, MOCK-UPS, GLASS, CLAY, PAPER, ONYX, POTTERY, ACRYLIC PRODUCTS.
These materials are fragile, and require a resistant package to protect them from damages during transportation; therefore, it is important that you consider the following suggestions for packaging:
- Use cardboard, wooden or metal boxes, as well as shock-absorbing material (flake, bubble, etc.)
- Its important to place wooden protection around the exterior of the package.
- Place the fragile items in the center of the box, with shock-absorbing material around it to avoid the item having contact with the sides of the box.
To be considered : We do not transport Marble.

SPARE PARTS
- Cardboard box, sealed with strips.
To be considered: It is essential to state the specific name of the spare part to be documented. Ex: spark plug, etc. (Items containing liquids are not accepted)
MEDICINES IN CAPSULES OR POWDER AND LIQUID MEDICINES.
- Cardboard box, sealed with strips.
- Sealed plastic bag inside of a plastic, metal can and/or corrugated cardboard box.
- Plastic container.
- For containers bigger than 19 liters, wooden skid is required.
- For jars, it is suggested to use shock-absorbing material within a cardboard, plastic or wooden box.
